When orders are received the turn around time is 3 days . This does not include weekends or holidays. If any order is placed on Friday it will be shipped out the following Monday . Again unless it is a holiday it may take longer to get to you.
After your order is ready you will receive a tracking number .
Once it has left our facility it is in the hands of whatever carrier has it we do not have control of time when it leaves us . Use the tracking info to help you see it's journey.
If there is a problem contact us and we will do our best to help with the problem .
We do not accept returns unless in original packaging. Items can not be worn or used .We are a very small skate brand and we are not a big box brand so remember we don't have the ability to just return anything. Every return needs an RA number so please email our website . When emailing please send pictures and order number with full name and address so we can locate and verify the order .
Each case will be a case by case on how we proceed.
We do not pay for return labels on returning items . You will have to send it and pay for the label .
